How It Works

• Sign-up Deadline: October 1^st
• Entry Fee: $25 per Business
• Decorating Deadline: October 10^th
• Photo Submission Deadline: October 10^th
• Voting Period: Begins after photo submissions and will be promoted on Chambers social media

Once your business is signed up, begin decorating with spooky, creative, or fun Halloween themes. Photos of each decorated window must be submitted to the Chamber via email by October 10^th to be featured in our voting campaign. The Chamber will handle all voting logistics.

Promotion & Voting

• The Chamber will post all submitted photos on social media for public voting
  • Feel free to promote your own business and encourage others to vote!
• Businesses will receive a digital flyer to assist with promotion.

Need Help Decorating?

• We have partnered with Charlotte High School (CHS) art students who are available to plan and decorate your business. If you’d like a student to assist, just let us know when you sign up on the form!

Important Dates

Rules & Expectations

Student Help: If using CHS students, coordinate with the Chamber for scheduling.

Theme: Must be Halloween-related. Family-friendly designs only.

Display Area: Decorations must be in a public area where visitors can see (office space, lobby, window, etc.)

Safety: No blocking entrances, exits, or sidewalks.

Respect: No offensive or inappropriate content.

Photo Submission: Must be high-quality and clearly show the decorated window.

Promotion: Businesses are encouraged to share voting links and Chamber posts.
